Joe and his team have just completed a great job completely renovating a 1960’s bathroom and a laundry to include a newly created toilet and sink (powder room). Joe’s design was very neat and the newly created powder room at the end of the laundry is far more spacious than expected. Joe also came up with a great layout for the bathroom. The newly created pantry is was well thought out and looks like it’s always been there!
After getting 4 other quotes, Joe stood out straight away as very trustworthy and as another reviewer said a ‘gentleman’. All expenses were up front and there were no unexpected costs. Our renovation had asbestos which was not unexpected considering the vintage of the house. The asbestos removal was done very professionally and properly certified.
The job was done in a timely manner and Joe was always professional and careful in covering everything during the renovation as well as carefully cleaning up afterwards.
